We have the greatest idea to build a solid fundamental of business. Nowadays there is a lot of companies offering a lucrative business opportunities by over promised returns over the investment.

Thing have to be make sense. A castle is not built in one that. Which means a solid and fundamental business is not build in one day or even by one.

Don't over trust those returns of profits that too handsome.
As here i do not want to mention companies that offer a get rich scheme or con and con business.

Some just tell you ask you invest or buy a franchise business without doing anything or selling anything. Think carefully again!! Business is about either selling services or products if not product or services incured that is not consider a business!

If you never greedy you won't get trapped in those over promising scams. You have to calm down and think logically before you invest. Some company's by using porch's car to showing off by selling their dream that you could be like them in a short time if you willing to invest, just like them as easy as ABC.

People intend to believe something they like to hear. Good advise always been neglected.

Some good business model was spoilt because of the scam. Some scam that promising 5%-25% returns. Imagine that if all of this business could be that great bank will be closed down. As bank normally playing a role of a middleman. They have a license to collect deposit by asking people to open saving account in bank. Then from there they will pay a 3% per annum for Fixed Deposit rate per annumn. Then they will offer other services to those who need loans, credit card or even personal loan by charging then 5% or more. From the 6% the bank had actually make a good money even 1% as the amount is so huge.

Is the business really ROI that fast in such a short time. Consider that. A cafe business take about 3 years to ROI. But some cafe concept had asking a non stop investors to pour in the money. First non-stop will create the pyramid in the long run as the industry is saturated. Secondly is really a cafe can make 5% per month by promising the investor 5% as the food is totally not tasty at all?
